Reservation fees include the following, fees subject to change annually:
- Tour and subsequent visits to the property (Please schedule your tour - unscheduled walk-ons are discouraged due to our pleasantly full calendar and the expected intimacy of events)
- Requested building’s common areas and surrounding grounds
- Tables (round or rectangular)
- Chairs (3 styles)
- Set up and tear down of tables and chairs
- Various equipment such as: flip charts, table top easels, floor easels, microphone, podium, 42" television, projector, projector screen, white picnic tables, outside seating (Equipment availability is dependent upon needs of simultaneous events)
- Event Staff Meeting
- Wireless Internet access is available at the Inn only
Further services and equipment provided with additional fees, include the following:
- Baby Grand Piano (Inn only). Use of the piano eliminates 40 seats in the Inn) ~ fees apply
- Rollaway beds in guest bedrooms
- Patio Heaters (outside use only)
