Reservation fees include the following, fees subject to change:
- Tour of Property (Please schedule your tour. Unscheduled walk-ons are discouraged due to scheduled events.)
- Requested building’s common areas and surrounding grounds
- Set up and tear down
- Tables (any event over the inside seating capacity may require the guest to rent additional tables.)
- Chairs (any event over the inside seating capacity may require the guest to rent additional chairs).
- Various equipment such as: flip charts, table top easels, floor easels, microphone, podium, television, projector, DVD, projector screen, CD player, wireless Internet access, white picnic tables, white picnic chairs. (Equipment availability is dependant upon needs of simultaneous events.)
- Event staff meeting (call Director of Properties for further information)
- Wireless Internet access (Main House only)
Further services and equipment provided with additional fees, include the following (Fees subject to change. Please contact us for current pricing on these items.):
- We are happy to accommodate special requests if given ample notification - additional fees may apply
- Dance floor (inside) ~ fees apply
- Baby Grand Piano (Main House only. Use of the piano eliminates 40 seats in the Main House) ~ fees apply
