Lost or Stolen Cardinal Card

Lost or stolen cards or unauthorized card use should be reported immediately as follows:

1. Online at Cardinal Card Account Manager
2. Contact the ID office Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM at 518-564- 3083 or toll free 1-877-778-CAS1(2271).
3. With your free iPhone app.  Download at the Apple iPhone App now or google search: Cardinal Card Apple App.

INVALIDATING YOUR CARD

Since you have to use your ISO# and Banner ID to register a lost or stolen card you can access those important numbers by logging into 'My Plattsburgh' portal and then selecting "MY Banner/Net ID' from the Personal Section.  With that information you may register your card by selecting "I'm New Here".  You then will be emailed a password at which point you can login and invalidate your card.  This service is available 24/7.

REPLACEMENT FEES

1. The fee to replace a damaged card is $5.00 (you must present the damaged card to receive this discounted fee)
2. The fee to replace a lost or stolen card is $15.00
